  • A customized 4-hour workshop using a series of exercises to guide a team through exploration of their collective strengths, the dynamics created by them (positive and negative), and strategies for leveraging the team’s strengths toward driving stronger connections and better results. Includes a 30-minute briefing call with the team leader prior to the session to discuss session objectives and team dynamics.
